Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced server to join our team at NorthGate Country Club. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.

Responsibilities:

  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu, including liquors, beer, and wines, to provide expert recommendations to our guests.
  • Order Processing: Accurately and efficiently process member and guest orders, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service.
  • Steps of Service: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our steps of service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all.
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, to meet the needs of our members and guests.

Benefits:

Full-time servers will receive a competitive hourly rate of $2.13 plus tips, as well as access to company benefits.
