Culinary Expertise:

As a Culinary Expert at Rafferty's Restaurant & Bar, you will be responsible for maintaining a guest-focused attitude and a positive demeanor. Effective communication and a commitment to quality are essential in this role. You will be expected to exert well-paced mobility throughout your scheduled shift and comply with company policies, procedures, and equipment use. Additionally, you will be responsible for stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food products, maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation, and handling, storing, labeling, dating, and rotating all products properly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a guest-focused attitude and a positive demeanor
Communicate effectively and clearly
Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served
Exert well-paced mobility throughout scheduled shift
Comply with company policies, procedures, and equipment use
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
Handle, store, label, date, and rotate all products properly and consistently

Requirements:

Professional and hard-working approach to job
Reliable transportation to work
Desire to be a member of an established and reputable concept

Working Conditions:

Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently. Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
