• Read and follow recipes to produce a variety of baked goods
• Operate equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers to ensure efficient production
• Work collaboratively with the bakery manager to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with packaging and inventory management to meet customer demands

• Previous experience in a bakery or related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
