We are seeking a dedicated equine reproduction veterinarian to join our team at McKinlay & Peters Equine Hospital. Our hospital is a full-service, equine exclusive practice serving Eastern Washington & North Idaho.

Our team is comprised of 7 doctors, including one Board Certified Surgeon & a second doctor Certified in Internal Medicine. We have an immediate opening for a veterinarian with a passion for the highest quality veterinary medicine.

The ideal candidate will have specialty training in reproductive techniques, including high success rates with embryo transfer. They will also have strong communication skills and a willingness to support clients and patients alike to continually improve patient care and client experience.

The doctor will work primarily out of our Repro Center in Colbert, although some time will be spent at the Newman Lake Hospital. The position could be modified for seasonal work (4-6 months of breeding season) or could be a full-time year-round position.

Caseload will consist of all aspects of repro work including stallion management and collection, semen freezing, mare palpation and management, embryo transfers, foaling out, follow-up care, and more.
