The estimated salary for this role is $13-$17 per hour, depending on location and experience. As a Bridal Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for working with customers to find their perfect wedding gown, maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services, and upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to increase average sale value.

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Work with customers to find their perfect wedding gown, taking into account their style, budget, and preferences
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to make informed recommendations
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to increase average sale value

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
