Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Breast Surgery Physician to join our team at Denver Health. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our surgical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat breast conditions, including breast cancer, using advanced diagnostic procedures and surgical techniques.
  • Perform surgical procedures to treat breast conditions, including breast cancer, benign breast tumors, and breast reconstruction.
  • Provide post-operative care and follow-up care for patients, including monitoring for complications and providing recommendations for future treatment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide education and support throughout the treatment process.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, including oncologists and radiologists, to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patients' medical history, treatment, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Doctorate degree in medicine (MD) or a related field.
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Colorado.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
