Our team collaborates closely with specialists, nutritionists, social workers, behavioral health experts, pharmacist clinicians, and other professionals. The comprehensive care team includes nurses, medical assistants, and support staff who work alongside you to ensure you can practice at your highest potential.

Position Highlights:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full-scope primary care services as a Primary Care Physician.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients for acute and chronic conditions, injuries, infections, and illnesses.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and families regarding health concerns.
  • Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation using our EMR system.
  • Develop diagnostic and treatment plans.
  • Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and procedures.
  • Order lab and imaging tests to inform immediate treatment plans and provide follow-up advice.
  • Coordinate care with specialists and appropriate ancillary services.
  • Complete all documentation and paperwork promptly.
  • Maintain quality of care standards as established by the practice.
  • Supervise Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree.
  • Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine.
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible for recent graduates.
  • Active Colorado Medical License or eligibility to obtain prior to employment.
  • Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain prior to employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in patient care within a population health framework.

Salary Information: The salary range for this position is $249,728 to $355,092 annually. This range represents total cash compensation at target, with actual pay dependent on experience and performance metrics. Compensation is influenced by factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group adheres to all applicable minimum wage laws. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401k contributions (subject to eligibility requirements).
