Compensation Structure

Our compensation model includes a base salary plus commission, with most design consultants earning over $100,000 annually, and top performers achieving up to $180,000 per year.

As a Design Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in extensive training at our corporate headquarters on our products and established sales techniques
  • Conducting approximately ten client appointments weekly in their homes or offices
  • Understanding customer preferences and design requirements
  • Creating tailored proposals to meet client needs
  • Processing client orders through our automated system
  • Engaging with clients without the need for cold calling

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Demonstrated success in sales
  • A genuine passion and talent for interior design
  • A positive demeanor, self-motivation, and determination
  • Availability for full-time work, including two Saturdays per month
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current liability insurance
  • Capability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Residence within a reasonable distance from the service area
