LPN Physician Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Adair County Health Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our medical staff.

• Assess patient care plans, implement, and document nursing care for assigned patients.
• Support medical care as directed by the medical staff and in accordance with hospital policies.
• Perform duties in a manner that reflects the basic values of love and concern for others.
• Contribute to the assessment of the health status of individuals and groups.
• Participate in the development and modification of the plan of care.
• Implement the appropriate aspects of the plan of care.
• Delegate tasks as may safely be performed by others, consistent with educational preparation and that do not conflict with the Oklahoma Practicing Act.
• Provide safe and effective nursing care rendered directly or indirectly.
• Participate in the evaluation of responses to interventions.
• Perform additional nursing procedures in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired through education beyond nursing preparation.

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
