Sales and Customer Service Specialist

- Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year ($19 - $22 per hour) + commission bonuses

Job Responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients warmly, setting the tone for a positive experience.
- Manage client appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring seamless operations.
- Process client payments accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with the MedSpa team to optimize client flow and efficiency.
- Address client concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Contribute to general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Sell packages and treatments to clients, highlighting the benefits and recommending suitable options.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or healthcare administration is desirable.
- Relevant experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with appointment management software.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for multitasking and prioritizing workload effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
