Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team in Chandler, Arizona.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to work with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. As a Speech Language Pathologist at Soar Autism Center, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children with ASD
  • Develop and execute detailed treatment plans aimed at improving the communication abilities of children aged 2-6
  • Collaborate extensively with our multidisciplinary team, including behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and psychologists
  • Actively involve families in the treatment process by providing them with education, resources, and support
  • Regularly evaluate and document the progress of each child
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
  • License to practice speech pathology in the state of Arizona or Colorado
  • Preference to SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but also open to new SLPs starting their career
  • Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams
