Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) for a 13-week night shift assignment at our state-of-the-art facility. As a CCRN, you will provide high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient needs, actions taken, and patient responses.
- Coordinate patient care through collaboration with patients/families and the healthcare team.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians or standard protocols and document according to policy.
- Identify and meet patient and family learning and discharge needs on admission and throughout their episode of care.
- Assume responsibility for the clinical supervision of LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel.
- Complete patient population/age-specific/procedure and protocol education and competency testing per unit standards.
Requirements:
- Current active state license required.
- At least two years of current experience in the specialty required.
- 13 weeks of previous travel assignment experience required.
- BLS and ACLS certification required and must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or client.
- EPIC experience preferred but not required; can train on-site.
- Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast-paced environments.

Location:
This opportunity is located in a major metropolitan area with easy access to amenities and attractions. The facility is within a 20-mile radius of the assigned location, allowing for flexibility in scheduling and potential for float assignments within the facility.
Shifts:
This position requires a 12-hour night shift schedule, with start times at 7 PM. Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs, and on-call, weekends, and holidays may be required on a rotating basis.
