Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Direct Therapy Services: Deliver high-quality therapy services to students, focusing on enhancing their functional abilities and supporting their educational progress.
  • Collaborate with School Staff: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities and daily routines, promoting a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and Document Progress: Regularly assess student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in IEP Meetings: Contribute to the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and confidential records are maintained in compliance with school and state regulations.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy: Possess a master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Occupational Therapist License: Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in the state where the position is located.
  • Experience Working with School-Aged Children: Preferably have experience working with school-aged children, demonstrating a strong understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
  • Strong Communication and Organizational Skills: Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a full-time caseload effectively.
Compensation

Soliant offers a competitive bill rate of $95 per hour, providing a lucrative opportunity for experienced Occupational Therapists to join our team.
