We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical-technical assistant to join our team. As a Pharmaceutical-technical assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate dispensing of medication and providing excellent customer service.

• Examine (e-)prescriptions for dosage, interactions, and accuracy, ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medication.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, healthcare providers, and customers to resolve pharmaceutical matters efficiently.
• Provide pharmaceutical consultation, dispense medication correctly, and monitor control processes to ensure high-quality service.
• Collaborate with pharmaceutical teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes.
• Ensure all medication is dispensed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Prior experience as a Pharmaceutical-technical assistant or equivalent role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Completion of a PTA training program.
