Job Title: Syteline Programming AnalystWe are seeking a skilled Syteline Programming Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our company. As a Syteline Programming Analyst, you will be responsible for managing, customizing, and enhancing our Syteline 10 on-premises ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:- User Management: Handle user accounts, permissions, and access to user groups and workspaces.
- Maintain best practices, enabling data governance, version control, and data source management.
- Development and Customization: Develop, customize, and maintain the Infor Syteline 10 ERP system to meet the specific needs of our business operations.
- System Integration: Integrate Syteline with other enterprise systems and third-party applications to streamline business processes.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Syteline users, ensuring the ERP system operates efficiently and effectively.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analytics tools to support business decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Work closely with business stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions within the Syteline system.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, customizations, and user guides.
- Training: Train and mentor end-users and junior developers on Syteline functionalities and best practices.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Infor Syteline 10, on-premises explicit implementations.
- Must be proficient in Syteline customization and development using IDO (Intelligent Data Objects), Form development, and SQL Server.
- Strong skills in C#,.NET, and T-SQL.
- Have experience integrating Syteline with other systems using tools such as ION, Mongoose, or other middleware.
- Have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and their management within an ERP system.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues are necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows is required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience working with Syteline 10 on-premises.
- A general understanding of key manufacturing and production processes related to the ERP system.
- Infor Syteline certifications or related ERP system certifications.
- General experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of advanced reporting tools like SSRS, Crystal Reports, or similar.
