We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Renovation Brands in Leominster, MA.

Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient production and packaging of manufactured products, as well as maintaining the integrity of inventory control. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine contents and compare with records to verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Perform final visual inspection, verification and count prior to freight departing
  • Document any shortages and correspond with appropriate personnel regarding such issues
  • Pull, load and restock products as needed
  • Prepare new inventory worksheets, when applicable
  • Orchestrate daily shipping timetable to ensure all shipments are prepared in time for carriers while keeping supervisor abreast of any possible bottleneck or potential failure for the day
  • Prepare items to be shipped including picking, packing, staging, and labeling

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year related work experience
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures; familiarity with freight industry
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift in excess of 50 lbs. repeatedly each day
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
