Job Summary

The SpOT Clinic is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in empowering young voices and shaping futures for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech and language difficulties, addressing problematic behaviors as needed.
  • Identify and implement effective treatment options, while advising and counseling teachers on techniques for consistent application outside the treatment environment.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address specific functional needs.
  • Conduct re-evaluations to monitor progress for clients on your caseload.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of speech-language pathology.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage clients with different personalities and behaviors.
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • A master's degree or greater in speech-language pathology is required.
  • Valid license to practice as a speech-language pathologist or in the process of obtaining a license.
  • Expertise in utilizing Google Suite products professionally.
