As a Guest Environment Expert at Marriott, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the hotel's public spaces, cleaning rooms, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, and amenities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
