Ultrasound Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Tech to join our Imaging Center team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic exams and studies to ensure safe and high-quality patient care.

• Adapt imaging procedures to ensure quality diagnostic outcomes.
• Select the most appropriate and cost-effective action plan based on patient data and condition.
• Verify patient identification and procedure requested.
• Evaluate lab values prior to performing interventional procedures.
• Document patient and exam occurrences in PACS/RIS.
• Perform various ultrasound exams, including abdominal, renal, aorta, and vascular studies.

• Graduate of an ARDMS-approved Ultrasound Technologist program.
• ARRT or RDMS certification in one or more areas: Abdomen, OB/GYN, Breast, or Vascular.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.

• Ability to safely lift and physically manipulate patients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and apply theory to practice skills.
