About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Salad and Sandwich Maker to join our team at Panera Cafe. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling a wide range of menu items, including salads, sandwiches, and soups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble menu items to exacting standards, ensuring quality and consistency in every order.
• Prepare ingredients and cook food to order, using only the freshest ingredients and following strict health and safety protocols.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting speed and accuracy goals while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and support the manager in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
