As a Caregiver, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to seniors
- Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
- Helping with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
- Providing medication reminders, documenting client condition and notifying a supervisor of any concerns
- Ensuring a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
- Participating in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies
To be successful as a Caregiver, you'll need:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
- CPR certification
- State Required vaccinations / screenings
- Valid Arizona driver's license, auto insurance and transportation
- Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
