Job Summary:

Refraction AI seeks an experienced Urban Mobility Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our autonomous mobile robots in urban settings.

Your duties will include operating robotic vehicles, performing vehicle inspections, and solving problems during delivery fulfillment. You'll also collaborate with Product Development teams to enhance robot safety and reliability, and work with local operations teams to improve delivery services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and 2+ years of driving experience
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable individual
  • Able to work independently with strong team player attributes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Estimated Salary:

$62,000-$80,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
