We are seeking a Temporary to Permanent Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and room patients, ensuring efficient patient flow
  • Update patient medical charts with accurate and timely documentation
  • Manage phone triage and take appropriate action under the direction of the provider
  • Administer treatments and procedures in accordance with physician's orders
  • Provide patient education and personal patient care to ensure comfort and well-being
  • Process refills for prescriptions following clinic protocol
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years experience as a medical assistant (AAMA certification preferred)
  • Medical terminology knowledge required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
