Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a school district in Round Rock, Texas. As an OT with ProCare Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, assessing and providing therapeutic interventions to support their academic and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need, and develop individualized therapy plans to support their goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that student therapy plans align with their IEP goals and requirements.
  • Documentation and Progress Monitoring: Accurately document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Texas.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience working with students in a school setting.
