Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and organizing license and title documentation
  • Submitting legal transfer paperwork to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
  • Overseeing title processing for auction-related transactions
  • Issuing checks for DMV fee reimbursements
  • Entering title data into auction management software
  • Assessing outstanding fees utilizing the Vehicle Information Number (VIN)
  • Dispatching titles to clients and generating title reports
  • Administering title amounts owed to financing companies
