Produce Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated Produce Merchandiser to join our team at 99 Ranch Market in Aliso Viejo, CA.

The Produce Merchandiser will be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing and well-stocked produce section, ensuring high-quality products are displayed and sold. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Unload and break down deliveries, rotating stocks for freshness and ensuring products are properly stored.
• Cut, trim, and prepare products for sale, adhering to company policies and food safety guidelines.
• Handle spoiled products responsibly, maintaining accurate logs as required by state and local regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following company standards for sanitation and safety.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals, promoting efficient manufacturing and distribution processes.

• No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks is essential.
• Flexibility with assigned working schedules, including weekends and early morning shifts.
• A valid Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
