Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Lead to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunities for growth within the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, sort, and store incoming products in an organized manner.
  • Perform light assembly tasks for various parts, including tires, wheels, hubs, knuckles, and more.
  • Inspect products for damages and report findings as needed.
  • Identify issues affecting efficiency and suggest improvements to optimize processes.
  • Enhance safety, quality, productivity, and delivery through capacity and design improvements.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
  • Assist with new projects or other requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and projects.
