Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Instrument Specialist to join our team at Guitar Center. As a guitar maintenance expert, you will provide top-notch repair and maintenance services for customer-owned instruments, ensuring they are in perfect playing condition.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing their needs and concerns regarding instrument repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, adhering to industry best practices and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on the latest techniques, technologies, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in guitar repair and maintenance, with a strong understanding of technical aspects and troubleshooting methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Guitar Center products and services is a plus.
