eTeam Inc is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Kodiak, Alaska.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Med Surg unit. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of experienced healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current RN licensure in the state of Alaska
- 1 year of experience in Med Surg nursing
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- Procedural sedation, ventilated patients, and management/interpretation of dysrhythmias skills
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work variable shifts
eTeam Inc offers a competitive pay package, including a tax-free stipend, and comprehensive benefits, including health and dental insurance. We also provide housing and a rental car/vehicle to travelers during assignment.
Please note that this is a travel nursing position, and the pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week. The job title is Registered Nurse/Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:00 / Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00 19:00.
