Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Off Leash team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dish room, ensuring the efficient operation of our dish machine, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain the dish machine, ensuring it is clean and functioning properly.
  • Wash and sanitize all tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
  • Keep the dish room and surrounding areas clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate levels of clean tableware and kitchenware.
  • Bag and haul dish room trash to the dumpster at designated times.
  • Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
  • Assist with cleaning food preparation and production areas as needed.
Requirements
  • No prior restaurant experience is required, but a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Ability to work in a hot, wet, and humid environment for extended periods.
  • Physical ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 6 hours).
  • Ability to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 50 pounds up to 30 times per shift.
