Key Responsibilities- Administering nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
- Working collaboratively with residents, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
- Ensuring residents receive the appropriate treatments and medications
- Providing education and support to residents and their families on various health-related topics
- Consulting with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, to ensure comprehensive care
- Setting up and monitoring medical equipment
- Overseeing compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Documenting and verifying the accuracy of interventions and medical histories
- Performing fluid sample draws for lab work
- Leading training and supervision of nursing staff
- Assisting with incident investigations and verifying the accuracy of reporting
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
- Strong organizational skills
- Competitive hourly pay range: $53-$62
- Choice of facilities and shifts (weekends, overnight, per diem, etc.)
