Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Medical Simulation Specialist. As a key member of our simulation team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality simulation experiences for our learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portray realistic patient scenarios for learners, including medical interviews and physical examinations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to learners on their interviewing techniques and clinical skills.
  • Work collaboratively with simulation faculty and staff to develop and implement simulation scenarios.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain expertise in simulation techniques and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of simulation resources and materials.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using simulation software and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
