About the Job

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents, ensuring their needs are met, and providing guidance to our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular facility rounds to monitor resident care and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise the assignments of aides to ensure proper workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Oversee medication assistance times to ensure accurate recording and follow-up as needed.
  • Intervene in resident conflicts and behavior issues, providing support and guidance to our residents.
  • Facilitate communication among medical and mental health professionals to ensure timely addressing of resident needs.
  • Investigate and document facility incidents and accidents, providing a summary to our EHP Coordinator/Administrator.
  • Assist with late admissions and re-admissions, ensuring all necessary paperwork and medication changes are completed.
  • Prepare and submit 24-hour reports to our Enriched Housing Program Coordinator/Administrator, highlighting key shift activities.
Requirements
  • Must be able to work effectively as a team member.
  • Valid state LPN license and good standing with the State Registry are required.
