Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team at Justrite Manufacturing. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Cycle counts and quality inspections to ensure accuracy and quality of inventory
  • Replenish inventory and coordinate consolidation of inventory for specific accounts
  • Fulfill customer orders, pull inventory, and package for shipment
  • Report work orders and use Frontier programs to monitor inventory and balance accounts
  • Cross-train within and out of department/value stream
  • Track and log all product inventory to ensure no discrepancies
  • Receive trucks and unload product, and receive in purchase orders from outside vendors
  • Pack and ship orders for delivery, and inspect all orders being received and shipped
  • Alert warehouse supervisor of any issues with shipping or receiving

Requirements:

  • Ability to be on your feet for the duration of your shift
  • Ability to identify and distinguish between colors
  • Ability to perform actions such as bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around machinery or equipment with moving parts
  • Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Good reading, spelling, and comprehension skills
  • Intermediate to strong math skills
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Ability to take accurate measurements using rulers, tapes, gauges, and other tools
  • Strong computer skills

Qualifications:

  • Team player with excellent communication and listening skills
  • Shipping, Microsoft Excel, and forklift experience preferred
