Registered Nurse Leader

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Supervisor at Quality Talent Group. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring that resident care requirements are met and exceeded.
- Resident Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence and well-being.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among healthcare professionals.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of resident care, including progress notes and incident reports.
- Education and Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and a minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, with a strong focus on resident care and satisfaction.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs, with basic computer skills.
