Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership to our Nurse Practitioner staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight and leadership to our Nurse Practitioner staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to Nurse Practitioner practice
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes
  • Supervise and evaluate the work of Nurse Practitioner staff
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Doctoral degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Over 5 years of oncology clinical experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of Nurse Practitioner clinical practice experience
Working Conditions

This position will work in a clinic and office setting with possible exposure to infectious diseases through airborne transmission or contact with blood or body fluids.
