Join Our Team as a Retail Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at AT&T. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized interactions with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Deliver excellent customer service while being knowledgeable of our products and services
  • Meet key objectives and sales goals while maintaining a positive and courteous attitude
  • Assist with curbside delivery, online orders, and prospecting efforts to attain new customers
  • Maintain store inventory, basic sanitizing procedures, and merchandising of products

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to problem-solve on the spot
