Eastern Washington University is seeking a skilled Plumber/Pipefitter/Steamfitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water mains, storm sewers, sewage mains, and laterals, as well as performing valve maintenance, cutting and threading pipe, and testing backflow assemblies. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining water mains, steam mains, condensate return systems, chilled water mains, hydronic system piping, and associated equipment. The salary for this position is $62,616 (minimum) -- $72,588, with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life and disability insurance, and retirement. The ideal candidate will have completion of a recognized apprenticeship as a plumber/pipefitter/steamfitter, or full journey status as a plumber/pipefitter/steamfitter in a union, or four years of applicable work experience.
