Agricultural Equipment Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Equipment Technician to join our team at Kingline Equipment Inc. Based in three states: Florida, Alabama, and Georgia.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay based on experience (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining tractors, hay equipment, compact construction equipment, and other related vehicles and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair equipment efficiently, utilizing electronic service tools provided by the dealer.
- Technical Knowledge: Continuously improve technical and product knowledge by attending training provided by the dealership/manufacturer.
- Quality Control: Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, improving and promoting quality, and monitoring own work to ensure quality.
- Safety and Security: Observe all safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly.
- Teamwork: Contribute to building a positive team attitude with other departments in the organization.
- Communication: Follow instructions and promptly respond to management direction.
- Perform repairs within established time parameters.
- Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees, vendors, and customers.
- Study and review relevant product repair updates.
- Report any faulty equipment or hazards to the shop supervisor.
- Meet with supervisor to discuss weekly repair trends, comebacks, and service problems.
