About the Role

This full-time position will involve providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or physician. As an LPN, you will be responsible for evaluating patient outcomes, consulting with other healthcare professionals as needed, and adjusting nursing care processes to ensure optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient assessments, including head-to-toe evaluations, and develop individualized care plans.

Requirements
  • Current LPN/LVN licensure in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Current BCLS/ACLS certification.
