Job Title: Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join our team at Rosasco Law Group APC. As a key member of our labor and employment law practice, you will play a critical role in handling complex class action and PAGA matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage litigation from start to finish, including discovery, depositions, and motion work
  • Prepare for and attend trial as necessary
  • Stay current on labor and employment laws and regulations, conducting legal research to ensure clients are informed and compliant
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing effective legal solutions
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively
Qualifications:
  • Must have passed the California bar exam
  • Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients
  • Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
