Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality mechanical designs and solutions.
- Design and Engineering: Develop and implement mechanical designs for complex projects, ensuring that they meet the company's quality and safety standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, estimators, and construction teams, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex mechanical design problems, ensuring that solutions are innovative, cost-effective, and meet the company's quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all mechanical designs and solutions meet the company's quality and safety standards, and that they are compliant with relevant codes and regulations.
