Job Summary

As a Clinical Instructor for the CNA program, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a dynamic and supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing education and be able to effectively communicate with students, colleagues, and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach and evaluate students in a clinical setting
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience

Requirements:
  • Must possess a CNA certification and a strong background in nursing education
  • Ability to teach and mentor students in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Working Conditions:
  • Must be available to teach Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings from 8 am - 12 pm
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
