About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Salon Manager to support our Salon Manager in daily operations at a busy Great Clips salon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, motivating the team, and providing haircut services to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Salon Manager in daily operations, including managing salon schedules, inventory, and customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, including haircutting techniques and styling options.
  • Collaborate with the Salon Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
