Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality care and support
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
