Job Description

Vibra Travels is seeking a skilled travel nurse to fill a position in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) department. As a travel nurse with Vibra Travels, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a travel nurse in the ICU. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an ICU setting and possess excellent critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients and develop plans of care that address their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in ICU care.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • 1 year of experience working in an ICU setting.
  • ACLS certification.
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
