Key Responsibilities
  • System Installation and Repair: Install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems to improve efficiency and ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Service: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Test and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, including electrical circuits and components, to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning ducts and replacing filters, to ensure systems operate at peak performance.
Requirements
  • Experience and Education: Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education and training.
  • Valid Drivers License: Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
  • EPA Certification: Hold a valid EPA certification to work with refrigerants and other hazardous materials.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and maintaining various HVAC systems, including furnaces, AC condensers, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-split technology.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift up to 40 pounds to perform job duties.
