Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual speech therapy services to students. As a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering assessments, developing personalized therapy plans, and utilizing our online platform to engage students in interactive therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver assessments to identify speech and language disorders, evaluating students' strengths and areas for growth.
  • Develop personalized therapy plans tailored to students' unique needs, targeting speech, language, and communication goals.
  • Utilize VocoVision's online platform to engage students in interactive therapy sessions, employing creative techniques and resources.
  • Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to students, parents, and school staff to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support a collaborative approach to student success.
Requirements:
  • ASHA CCC-SLP
  • Current state licensure in Texas as an SLP (or ability to obtain appropriate licensure)
  • Two years of experience as an SLP with experience in a school setting
  • Proficiency in using technology and online therapy platforms to deliver virtual services
  • Verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and school staff
