Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Solution Architect and Manager to join our Information Technology Department. The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team of MuleSoft Developers, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of API-led integration solutions using the MuleSoft platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of MuleSoft Developers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the MuleSoft platform, aligning with the overall IT strategy of the organization.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize programming languages such as.Net, JavaScript, Python, and T-SQL to develop and enhance MuleSoft solutions.
  • Cloud Computing: Leverage Azure and DevOps for the development, testing, and deployment of MuleSoft solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Apply knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry to develop solutions that meet specific business needs.
  • Platform Administration: Administer the MuleSoft Anypoint platform, ensuring its optimal performance and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Integration Management: Manage and maintain the integration of the Salesforce platform with MuleSoft Anypoint platform, ensuring seamless data transfer and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the MuleSoft platform and its integrations.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing of MuleSoft solutions to ensure their functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Mentorship: Mentor existing staff, providing them with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use and manage the MuleSoft platform.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest advancements in MuleSoft and related technologies and apply this knowledge to improve the organization's use of the platform.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT teams to design and implement efficient APIs.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of related professional experience, including at least 3 years' experience in a leading role in MuleSoft solution design and system administration.
  • Skills: Proven hands-on experience in MuleSoft development, including designing, building, and managing APIs and integrations. Proficiency in.Net, JavaScript for API creation and testing methodologies. Strong understanding of SDLC and project management principles.
  • Certifications: MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or MuleSoft Certified Integration.
