Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care through efficient and effective practice, communication, and collaboration with patients and other staff.
- Assess patient condition, administer medication, change dressings, monitor vital signs, keep accurate records, and provide patients with education and support.
- Develop and implement care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Follow established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Work independently under supervision to implement care goals and objectives.
- Regularly assess patients to ensure their needs are met.
- AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
- BSN from an accredited nursing program and proper licensure.
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- 2+ years of current MS/TELE experience with BLS, ACLS, NIH; 1:5/1:6 ratios; Meditech EMR.
- Must have a valid WV or compact license.
JobRialto offers a dynamic and supportive work environment with a 36/48 schedule per pay period. Orientation is bi-weekly, and start dates are flexible. Resource must reside within 100 miles of the facility to be considered.
